The staff is drawn from the finest performers and teachers from Ireland and abroad, ensuring that students are constantly kept up to date with the latest musical techniques, concepts and trends.

Newpark Music Centre is pleased to be able to offer two full-time courses, the Bachelor of Arts in Jazz Performance (BAJP) and the Berklee Track (Higher Certificate in Arts in Contemporary Music).

The Bachelor of Arts in Jazz Performance (BAJP) is a non-classical undergraduate music performance degree and represents an exciting development in music education in Ireland. The BAJP is a Level 8 Honours Degree and is validated by QQI, Quality and Qualifications Ireland.

The Higher Certificate in Arts in Contemporary Music (Berklee Track), is a two-year course which provides a thorough grounding in professional musicianship and also prepares students for entry into the renowned Berklee College of Music in Boston, and is the result of an Articulation Agreement between Berklee and Newpark Music Centre. The programme is a Level 6 Higher Certificate in Music and is validated by QQI.
