Hello Music Educators,<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

There will be a meeting of the Dublin <\/strong>branch of the PPMTA on Thursday <\/strong>evening 1st<\/sup> <\/strong> <\/strong>DECEMBER <\/strong>from 6.30pm-8.30pm <\/strong>in Drumcondra Education Centre<\/strong>. The address is Drumcondra EC, DCU, St. Patrick\u2019s Campus, Drumcondra, Dublin 9.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

The meeting is a two-hour long workshop given by David Kennedy<\/strong> on the topic: “Creating Compositions with Bandlab”. <\/strong>We will be exploring simple lesson ideas for composing in Bandlab and DAW (Digital Audio Workstation) technology more broadly. Please bring the following if possible:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

– wired headphones<\/p>\n\n\n\n

– a device that can access Bandlab though a web browser (tablet or laptop)<\/p>\n\n\n\n

– And to have set up a Bandlab account in advance and be already signed in on the night for a smoother start to the workshop.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Tea\/Coffee will be served from 6.15pm.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Places are limited to 20 <\/strong>so if you are interested can you please email me at Whytelaura90@gmail.com<\/a><\/strong> asap to reserve your spot.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

There will be an election for branch representative during the meeting. Expressions of interest in the role of branch representative should be sent to <\/strong>dmorgan.ppmta@gmail.com<\/strong><\/a><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n
